Return Eligibility

• Be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.

• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Customized or special-order items.

• Items returned without original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (bank/UPI/card).

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.

• If the exact item is unavailable, we may issue a replacement of equal value or a refund.
