Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 Hours

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• In such cases, you may still return the item after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation is approved within the allowed time, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Any transaction charges (if applied by your payment provider) will not be refunded.
